• Billing Information: Processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: Messages sent to our support team or submitted through contact forms.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide and operate the TurboCart AI platform
• Generate AI-powered content, forecasts, and recommendations specific to your store
• Respond to support requests and resolve issues
• Improve platform features and fix bugs based on usage patterns
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, invoices, security alerts)
• Send product updates and newsletters — you can unsubscribe at any time

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes unrelated to TurboCart AI.

3. Third-Party Integrations

TurboCart AI integrates with third-party e-commerce platforms and services. When you connect these integrations, data is shared as necessary to deliver the service:

• Shopify / WooCommerce / BigCommerce: We access product, order, and inventory data via their official APIs to power AI features.
• Amazon Seller Central: We read listing and sales data to provide content generation and forecasting.
• Meta / TikTok: Used for ad creative generation features. No ad account data is stored beyond session.
• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. TurboCart AI does not store payment card data.
• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Data is stored in secure, encrypted databases.

Each third-party provider is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain anonymized usage data for platform improvement purposes but delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days of your deletion request.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and all associated personal data.
• Data Export: Request an export of your store data, content, and account information in a machine-readable format.
