Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

You may use TurboCart AI only for lawful purposes related to e-commerce operations. You agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or platform code
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform outside of approved API usage
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access without written permission
• Use the platform to violate the terms of any connected marketplace (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
• Upload or process any content that infringes intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Free Trial: All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Billing begins at the end of the free trial period.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying TurboCart AI. Here is our refund policy:

• All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period.
• We do not offer refunds for charges that have already been processed after the trial period ends.
• If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued.
• In the event of a billing error on our end, we will issue a full credit or refund within 5 business days.
• Exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Email us at support@turbocartai.xyz.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the content, store data, and any outputs you generate using TurboCart AI. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process that data to deliver our services.

Our platform: TurboCart AI, its software, branding, and underlying models are the intellectual property of TurboCart AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

TurboCart AI provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Meta, etc.) in response to content generated using TurboCart AI.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated via our status page.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days before your data is deleted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, local mandatory laws may also apply.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
